Asset On-Boarding

This module streamlines asset onboarding in to stores. It seamlessly integrates with existing ERP systems to retrieve PO and GRN details, ensuring a smooth and efficient asset onboarding process. The following are its features:

Asset Tagging

This module enables Admin to configure approval hierarchy with Process Flow. It also send Auto Mailer on each and every stage of approval to Requestor and other Approval Focals. System to calculate SLA based on the time taken from Movement request acceptance till the Asset is Sent Out of campus.

Asset Movement

This module allow Asset owner to request for Asset Movement.

Auto Mailer

The Auto Mailer in the Asset Management System automates email notifications.

Triggered to the requestor and approver at each stage of the transaction
Reminder will be sent to end user for returning of Asset based on the return date
Export Focal and Store Focal for MOEF License and Export Controlled Asset

Asset Calibration

Calibration is the process of adjusting and fine-tuning a device, instrument, or system to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.

Calibration for Lab Assets
Lab Focal with the monthly projections for Asset Calibration
Upload the list of Asset to update the calibration report
Calibration date will be auto set
Lab Focal can attach the calibration report

Roles & Management

User roles and management are crucial for ensuring that the right people have access to the right resources and that tasks are efficiently managed.

Admin can gain access to Role Management screen
Admin can set the login rights as a template saved to Focal wise
Each user gains access to the screen based on the assigned focal type
By default, a common user shall be granted access to the End User Acceptance screen and the Asset Transfer Request screen

User Access Delegation

User Access Delegation allows authorized users to grant temporary access rights to others, ensuring seamless operations.

Access rights can be assigned with a defined start and end date
The delegated user can perform approvals or requests on behalf of the original user
Requests will be initiated or approved by the original user

SLA

An asset management SLA sets standards for tracking, maintaining, and optimizing assets.

Admin can configure the SLA for all transaction types
Any transaction raised will fall under SLA calculation at once it is acknowledged by Location Focal
SLA calculation for any transaction to exclude Where Location Focal Put on Hold
SLA calculation to resume at once Location Focal place the transaction on Work– IN – Progress
SLA report can be generated showing the number of transactions that met vs. did not meet SLA terms

Asset Audit

This module is for Stock Despatches either against Buyer Orders or Adhoc Despatches. The following are its features

Self-Audit can be triggered by Location specific / Cost Centre Specific / Site Specific
Lead time will be assigned to users to complete the User self-audit
User can select the Batch no by Asset pending Audit from user audit screen
Users can partially complete the Asset Audit and resume within the provided lead time

Reports

Reports in software are essential for data analysis, progress monitoring, and informed decision-making.

Users can generate dynamic reports by selecting fields based on roles
User can save the template and generate reports as per the requirement
User also can generate multiple reports with pre-defined format
Any report generated can be exported as excel or Sent as an email to the login user
