Frequently Asked Questions
Click on "Register" in the navigation menu. You'll need to provide your email address,
create a password, and verify your email through a one-time password (OTP). Once verified,
you can complete your profile with your experience, skills, and resume.
To apply for a position, you'll need an updated resume (PDF format preferred).
Optionally, you can include a cover letter, portfolio links, and any relevant certifications.

Our typical hiring process takes 2-4 weeks from application to offer. This includes
resume screening (2-3 days), initial phone screen (1 week), technical interviews (1-2 weeks),

applications with their current status. You'll also receive email notifications
whenever there's an update to your application.

(for technical roles), a panel interview with the hiring team, and a final conversation
with leadership. We focus on both technical skills and cultural fit. Come prepared to
discuss your experience and ask questions about the role.
Yes, we offer a hybrid work model with flexible hours. Most roles allow working from
home 2-3 days per week. Some positions may be fully remote depending on the role
